To become a member of TrueChristianPartner.com, you must read and accept all terms of this agreement and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree after reading this Agreement, please do not use the services of TrueChristianPartner.com. We reserve the right to modify the terms at our sole discretion by posting updated terms on the website. Continued use of the service implies your acceptance of the amended Terms of Service.

1. The Service

The services are provided by TrueChristianPartner.com, a platform dedicated to helping Christian brides and Christian grooms find their life partners. You understand and agree:

• You must submit a valid mobile number during registration and will receive a username and password.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
• You must notify TrueChristianPartner.com immediately of unauthorized use.
• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• Fees once paid will not be refunded (for paid memberships).
• Divorced candidates must submit a non-objection certificate from the Church or Court within 10 days.
• To change your date of birth in your profile, you must submit valid proof.
• Profiles (both free and paid) will be activated only after confirmation from parents/reference/candidate via phone.
• Once registered, you may receive promotional communication; you may opt out by blocking such calls on your mobile.
• Paid registrations are valid until marriage is finalized.
• TrueChristianPartner.com only facilitates introductions; matchmaking is the responsibility of candidates and families.
• Any disputes shall fall under Thrissur jurisdiction.
• Profiles will become unavailable once marriage is confirmed.
• Parents and candidates must verify the authenticity of age, education, employment, and family details; TrueChristianPartner.com is not responsible for misinformation.
• Changes to profile details (e.g., date of birth, qualification) require submission of valid documents.
• Online payments made on Sundays or holidays will be processed the next working day (business hours: 9.30 am to 5.30 pm IST).
• TrueChristianPartner.com is not responsible for issues arising from communication via WhatsApp, Facebook, emails, or any social media platforms.
• We only provide an online matchmaking facilitation service; there is no guarantee of finding a match.
• A valid personal mobile number must be provided for verification purposes.
• Candidates must submit a government-approved ID (Aadhar/Passport/Driving License/Voter’s ID) within 10 days of registration.
• TrueChristianPartner.com reserves the right to terminate memberships without refund for violations of terms.
• Male candidates can view profiles of Christian brides whose age is equal to or younger; female candidates can view profiles of Christian grooms of equal or greater age.

Contact view options are limited to same caste or integrated caste groups. Blocked candidates cannot view profiles or addresses.

Multiple registrations by the same candidate are not allowed and may lead to termination without refund.

TrueChristianPartner.com retains ownership of all proprietary rights. No material may be copied or reproduced without permission.

2. Registration Process

Registration is optional, but if you register, you agree to:

• Provide current, complete, and accurate Registration Data.
• Keep your Registration Data updated.
• TrueChristianPartner.com may delete accounts with false information.

We may refuse service at our discretion.

3. Copyrights and Trademarks

The name, logo, and marks of TrueChristianPartner.com are protected by trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

4. User Conduct

Members must behave responsibly and respectfully toward other Christian brides and grooms. Free members have limited access to express interest or view contact information.

5. Content Responsibility

You are responsible for any content you post. We reserve the right to delete inappropriate or offensive content.

Prohibited content includes:

• Illegal, harassing, abusive, or threatening material
• Spam or unsolicited advertising
• Content infringing on intellectual property rights
• Viruses or malware
• Misleading information

6. Terms for Contact View / Messaging

When using messaging services:

• Act respectfully and lawfully.
• No spamming, advertising, or explicit content.
• Respect privacy; using "STOP" ends communication.
• Violations will lead to termination of membership.

We are not responsible for any issues arising during communication between users.

7. Monitoring

We reserve the right to monitor messages to ensure compliance with guidelines.

8. Transactions with Organizations or Individuals

TrueChristianPartner.com is not liable for any dealings with external parties. We strictly discourage dowry practices and do not accept commissions for matchmaking.

9. Privacy and Use of Information

By using our services:

• We cannot guarantee the complete security of transmitted information.
• Information shared with others is at your own risk.
• Profile details may appear in search engines.
• We reserve the right to modify features or services as necessary.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Refuse or terminate membership at any time.
• Suspend multiple profiles.
• Terminate profiles engaged in unethical behavior without notice.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

You use TrueChristianPartner.com services at your own risk. We provide services "as is" without guarantees.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrueChristianPartner.com against any claims resulting from your use of the service.

14. General Terms

This Agreement is governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the District Court of Thrissur.

15. Subscription Terms

By purchasing a subscription through the TrueChristianPartner app, you agree to the following:

• Premium Plan
• Gold Plan
• Platinum Plan
• Basic Plan (Free)

Subscription Terms:

• All paid subscriptions are valid for a fixed duration (e.g., 12 months) and may auto-renew, unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• The price for each plan is displayed in-app at the time of purchase and may vary depending on promotional offers or administrative updates.
• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your iTunes account settings.
• We do not offer refunds for partial use or early cancellation of any subscription plan.
• Subscription plans may be updated, renamed, or modified by TrueChristianPartner without prior notice.
